No Makers Name or ID Markings.

Each measures approx 16cm tall, 42.5cm circumference, with a 5cm diameter at the Base, and a 8cm diameter at the Top.

I'm not certain, but they look like they could be suitable for both a Lamp & a Ceiling Light.
